European Professional Competition for Carpenters 2012 in Stuttgart

Every two years carpenters from all over Europe come together for the European Competition Professional for Carpenters in order to determine the best carpentry nation and the best carpenter in Europe. During the three-day competition organized by the European Federation of Timber and Wood Construction (E.V.H) young journey-level carpenters from at least eight European countries build challenging roof truss models and demonstrate professional handling of wooden materials. These are evaluated for the individual contest and the contest of nations by a jury of experts.

The next European Professional Competition for Carpenters takes place from January 31 to February 3, 2012 in Stuttgart in parallel with the ROOF+TIMBER International Trade Fair 2012.
